Jaen Cathedral
Jaén, Andulacia
Jaén is the most northerly province in Andalucia, Southern Spain, a region characterised by rugged mountains and olive groves that stretch as far as the eye can see. The Capital, after which the province is named, sits in a dramatic position surrounded by mountains. Two of the city's architectural gems are the 16th Century Cathedral and the Castle of Santa Catalina; a moorish structure that perches high above the city on one of the nearby hills.
